Vintage 1970's Alex Colman wild print maxi skirt. I've said it before and this just proves my point. Alex Colman is so very underrated. Now is a good time to collect Colman's prints as I suspect he won't be an unknown for much longer. I've rarely seen anything this formal by him, so this is a bit unusual.

 The print on this is just stunning. Almost psychedelic floral black and white print in a matte satin-like material bordered by several layers of amazingly vibrant & colorful designs near the hem. It has a very luxurious and exotic feel to it, enhanced by the black crushed velvet waistband.

I envy the woman who can pull this off.

Condition - Fair (C-) The skirt is flawless except for one major issue. There is a fairly large spot on the back of the skirt that I totally missed on first inspection. Like someone sat down in something. As this skirt is dry clean only, there is little I can do about it. Take at your own risk or use that fabulous material to make a new, better skirt!  QR -7
